As soon as they implemented: Recruit, the client realized the value that the right software could bring to their recruitment process. Since implementing :Recruit, they have added: Onboard in order to streamline their on boarding process.
In another example, a mining industry client used the :Recruit and : Engage software to attract and hire more than 200 new employees per year. One of their key requirements was to find a software platform that could support both English speaking and French speaking candidates. Scout Talent supports multiple languages, so it was able to tick this box for them straight away.
After implementing and using the software for a few months, the client came to Scout Talent, suspecting that they had some employer branding challenges. The applications they were receiving weren’t sufficient enough in terms of both quality and quantity. In addition to providing a software solution, Scout Talent is currently running an employer branding project to help increase the volume of suitable candidates who are visiting their careers site and applying for roles with them.
